Introduction This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out the standards that apply when using the ZEZT platform, including the website, mobile applications, restaurant dashboard and related services. By using ZEZT, you agree to comply with this Policy. --- ## 2. Lawful Use You must use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not use ZEZT in any way that: - Breaches applicable laws or regulations - Is fraudulent or deceptive - Infringes the rights of others - Causes harm to the platform, users or restaurants --- ## 3. Account Integrity You must not: - Create accounts using false information - Impersonate another person or business - Share account credentials - Circumvent account restrictions - Create multiple accounts to abuse offers --- ## 4. Reservation Abuse You must not: - Make bookings you do not intend to honour - Repeatedly fail to attend reservations - Manipulate availability systems - Create fraudulent reservations - Use automated systems to make bookings ZEZT reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in booking abuse. --- ## 5. Offer and QR Code Abuse You must not: - Duplicate offers - Share restricted offers unlawfully - Alter QR codes - Attempt to redeem offers multiple times - Circumvent redemption limits Any misuse may result in immediate account suspension. --- ## 6. Platform Security You must not: - Attempt to gain unauthorised access - Probe or test vulnerabilities - Upload malicious software - Interfere with platform operations - Disrupt services for other users --- ## 7. Data Collection and Scraping You must not: - Copy restaurant listings in bulk - Scrape platform data - Harvest user information - Use bots to collect information - Extract platform data without permission --- ## 8. Intellectual Property You must not: - Copy ZEZT branding - Reproduce platform content - Replicate platform functionality - Reverse engineer software - Attempt to recreate ZEZTAI systems or models without written permission from ZEZT. --- ## 9. User Conduct Users must not: - Harass restaurant staff - Harass other users - Publish offensive content - Submit misleading reviews - Engage in abusive behaviour ZEZT may remove content that breaches these standards. --- ## 10. Restaurant Conduct Restaurant partners must not: - Publish misleading offers - Manipulate availability information - Misrepresent pricing - Misuse customer data - Discriminate unlawfully against diners --- ## 11. Enforcement ZEZT may investigate suspected breaches of this Policy. Where appropriate, ZEZT may: - Remove content - Suspend accounts - Terminate accounts - Restrict platform access - Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities --- ## 12. Changes to This Policy ZEZT may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the platform. --- ## 13.
