ZEZT is a hospitality technology platform that helps diners discover restaurants, offers and dining opportunities while helping restaurants promote availability, offers and reservations.

ZEZT does not own, operate or manage restaurants listed on the platform.

Restaurant services, food quality, pricing and customer experience remain the responsibility of the individual restaurant.

3. Eligibility

To use ZEZT you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Provide accurate information when creating an account.
Comply with these Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

ZEZT does not guarantee:

Availability of any offer
Accuracy of restaurant information
Restaurant participation at all times

Restaurants may withdraw or amend offers where permitted by law.

6. Reservations

Reservations made through ZEZT are subject to restaurant availability.

By making a reservation you agree that:

Information provided is accurate.
You will attend your reservation or cancel where permitted.
Restaurants may apply their own booking terms and cancellation policies.
Deposits may be required for certain bookings.

Confirmation of a booking does not guarantee entry where venue policies are breached.

7. Payments

Some bookings, deposits or services may require payment.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party providers including Stripe and other approved payment processors.

ZEZT does not store complete payment card information.

Refunds, where applicable, may be subject to restaurant-specific terms.

8. ZEZTAI Recommendations

ZEZTAI uses data signals and automated analysis to provide recommendations, insights and suggestions.

These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.

ZEZT does not guarantee:

Booking availability
Restaurant performance
Commercial outcomes
Customer satisfaction

Restaurants remain responsible for their own business decisions.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform unlawfully.
Submit false information.
Create fraudulent reservations.
Attempt to interfere with platform operations.
Access accounts belonging to others.
Upload malicious software or code.
Copy, scrape or harvest platform data without permission.

Any misuse may result in suspension or termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to:

ZEZTAI
Website content
Software
Branding
Logos
Design elements

remain the property of ZEZT Limited or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights to users.

11. User Content

Where users submit reviews, comments, images or other content, they grant ZEZT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform.

Users remain responsible for content they submit.

ZEZT may remove content at its discretion.

12. Availability of Service

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

ZEZT may:

Update systems
Perform maintenance
Modify features
Suspend services

without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ZEZT shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits
Loss of revenue
Loss of business opportunity
Indirect or consequential loss
Restaurant service failures
Restaurant closures
Booking disputes between diners and restaurants

Our total liability relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ZEZT during the previous twelve months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZEZT, its directors, employees and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from:

Breach of these Terms
Misuse of the platform
Violation of applicable laws

15. Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.

16. Termination

ZEZT may suspend or terminate access where:

These Terms are breached.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.

Platform security is at risk.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination.
